💢 Zionist Settlers attack European diplomats in Christian village of Taybeh during olive harvest

Masked Israeli settlers attacked vehicles carrying diplomats from France, Belgium and Poland in Taybeh, near Ramallah, the last Palestinian village whose population is entirely Christian. The diplomats were there for the olive harvest, which has been under constant settler attack.

Seven masked settlers arrived on ATVs, surrounded a diplomatic vehicle, demanded ID documents, and smashed the window of a Belgian consulate car. Another diplomatic vehicle was hit with stones. Footage shows one of the diplomats lying on the ground, apparently after being assaulted.

Suleiman Khourieh, mayor of Taybeh, said the French consul in Jerusalem was among those targeted.

Israeli police say they have opened an investigation "following footage circulated online."
