A leader of Yemen’s Islah Party, the Yemeni branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, posted a photo of the victims of a Saudi airstrike on a school bus that killed more than 40 children, falsely claiming they were victims of the Houthis, despite the incident well documented.

In response, Saudi opposition figure Omar Abdulaziz commented:

“Anyone who has followed me for more than 10 years knows that my accounts and platforms have been filled with support for the Muslim Brotherhood and defenses of them.

However, the level of lies and dishonesty I have observed from some of their leaders in Yemen makes me deeply suspicious and doubtful!

I pray to Allah that this level of lying and falsification is unique to the Yemeni branch and that it is caused by the Sholomi (MBS) virus.”
