Term Labs exploited for $8.5 MILLION through a governance vulnerability impacting Term vaults.
The attacker drained roughly 2,843 ETH ($6.87M) and 1.68 MILLION USDC, and originally funded the exploit wallet through Tornado Cash, per PeckShield.
Term Labs has confirmed the exploit and says it is investigating.
