Thanks for sharing this info Asror Arabjanov @arabjanov - the co-founder of Silk Road Innovation Hub (A community space in Silicon Valley for founders and startups from Central Eurasia (🇰🇿🇺🇿🇰🇬🇹🇯🇹🇲🇦🇿🇹🇷🇲🇳), with whom we had a wonderful conversation on creating more opportunities for CA/Mongolia startups, discussed the concept of the draft KG VC law and discussed the plans to draft the adapted version of one of the most popular and legendary legal instrument for VC and startups - SAFE (Simple agreement for future equity). I hope we can make the adapted version of the SAFE together with KZ, TJ, UZ and Mongolian startup lawyers in the coming months!
I remember we discussed this idea two years ago with @tilekmamutov
Special thanks to @Aizadamarat for building bridges with Silicon Valley!
