🔧 A NEW CBT PATCH IS LIVE!

We’re back with another CBT update — and this time, it’s not just about fixes. Underpaws is now available right in your browser! 🌐

We’ve also added a new benefit for VIP players, taken care of a few pesky bugs, and made some improvements under the hood.

🌐 UNDERPAWS IS NOW AVAILABLE ON THE WEB
The web version is live: https://underpaws.app/
You can sign in using Telegram, Yandex, or Google.

⚠️ If you already have an Underpaws account with existing progress, sign in with Telegram to continue playing on your current account.

Signing in with Yandex or Google will create a new game account.

Don’t worry: in the future, we plan to add the ability to merge accounts and transfer progress between different login methods. For now, make sure to choose Telegram if you want to continue your current game.

💎 VIP JUST GOT EVEN BETTER
VIP players now have a new advantage in the Arena: the Tactical Planner lets you select moves up to 6 cells away instead of 4.
We’ve also fixed an issue that could prevent the VIP level bonus from being applied to cats in the Arena.

🛠 MORE FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS
• Daily rewards should no longer periodically reset for some players;
• The Tactical Planner and level-up buttons in the Arena now remain visible even when there are no cats on the field;
• Opening the chat from Settings now minimizes the app instead of closing it completely, making it quicker and easier to jump back into battle;
• Various other technical fixes and improvements.

The CBT isn’t just about finding bugs. It’s a time when the game is evolving together with you.

We read your bug reports, discuss your feedback, and go through your ideas and suggestions — including the ones that make us reconsider decisions we’ve already made. All of this helps us understand what the game is still missing, what we should improve first, and where we should take it next.

So, a huge thank you to everyone who plays, tests, somehow manages to break things that definitely weren’t supposed to break 😼, and then tells us exactly how it happened.

🗓 Date: Today, September 8
🕒 Time: 16:00–20:00 (GMT+3) UPDATED
🔧 Purpose: Preparing a update with fixes and improvements!

A web version of the game will also be released. At launch, players will only be able to start from scratch, while the option to transfer progress between platforms will become available later.
However, if you log in to the web version via Telegram, you’ll be able to continue playing with your existing Telegram account.

Players’ game progress will be preserved after the update (there will be no wipes today).

During this period, the game will be temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding!

The second major update of this Closed Beta Test is ready to welcome you!
What can you expect?

🛠 Automation
We listened to your feedback and added new Arena combat automation features! You can now set your preferred path in advance and use automatic fighter merging in the Arena.
Please give these new features a try and share your thoughts with us!

⚡️ VIP Status
VIP Status is now available to all players. It can be purchased from the in-game Shop using in-game currency and provides a number of gameplay benefits.

💯 Economy Changes
The economy and level rewards have been adjusted to better meet players' needs during the early stages of progression. You'll now receive better rewards from Arenas, and the Agents you obtain are more likely to match the generators required within missions.

⚠️ IMPORTANT! Progress Reset
In accordance with the Closed Beta Test rules, player progress has been reset due to the changes made to the game's economy. Your Game ID may also change.

🏆New Achievements
However, your accomplishments during the first and second phases of the Closed Beta Test have not gone unnoticed! 🏅
Active players from the second phase will receive new achievement medals based on the difficulty of the milestones they reached.

👀 In addition, some achievements remain hidden, and their rewards will be granted later ;)
Separate medals and rewards for helping the team, providing valuable feedback, and reporting bugs will be awarded when the project enters Open Beta Testing.

🛠 Global Fixes and Improvements
• Fixed synchronization issues and cases where game progress could be reset under certain conditions;
• Fixed and improved many of the game's interfaces;
• Daily rewards are now granted correctly;
• Fixed reward distribution for purchases made in the in-game Shop;
• Fixed incorrect timer displays in certain situations;
• Fixed and improved localization.

Dear Agents!

We've received your first feedback, reviewed your bug reports, and we're already rolling out improvements and fixes. Thank you to everyone helping us make Underpaws better! 🐾

🛠 What's changed:
• Fixed blockers and incorrect transitions during various stages of the tutorial.
• Fixed the Generator window display on devices with smaller screens.
• Fixed the delivery of purchased bundles and rewards from chests.
• Fixed interactions with items in the Shop and Agent windows.
• Fixed an issue that allowed fighters to move outside the boundaries of the game map.
• Fixed cases where fighters could be created at an incorrect level.
• Added necessary interface restrictions during specific tutorial steps.
• Fixed localization issues across several windows and UI elements.
• Fixed various internal data-loading errors.
• FPS is now capped at 60 to reduce device load and overheating.
• Improved handling of large numbers: they are now displayed correctly across game interfaces without causing visual errors.
• Level rewards have been reworked. The chance of obtaining more powerful Agents now better reflects the difficulty of the arenas you progress through.
• Various other improvements and fixes.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: ALL PROGRESS HAS BEEN RESET
As part of the changes to the game economy, all game progress has been reset.

However, your achievements during the first phase of the Closed Beta have not gone unnoticed! 🏅

Players who reached certain milestones before the reset have received special interim achievement medals:
• Reach Arena 3 — “You Were Among the First”;
• Reach Arena 15 — “You've Come a Long Way”;
• Recruit 10 or more heroes — “You Kept Your Eyes Open and Gathered Intel”.
👀 Some achievements also remain hidden. Rewards for them will be revealed and granted later ;)

Special medals and rewards for helping the team with valuable feedback and bug reports will be awarded when the project enters Open Beta.
