Companies have begun actively implementing strict methods for screening candidates during online interviews due to the widespread use of neural networks

To ensure that candidates are not using AI avatars or relying on prompts from neural networks, recruiters ask candidates to turn off virtual backgrounds during interviews, keep their hands in plain view, and track their eye movements using special software, according to The Wall Street Journal.

In addition, employers are increasingly moving away from take-home assignments in favor of real-time problem-solving and are returning to in-person meetings at the office.
