In the video, a man from Moldova shows how much the water level of the border river has dropped near the town of Velnets (🇲🇩Ocnița district, opposite 🇺🇦Vinnitsa region) and explains where it is best to cross the waterway.

He says that a Ukrainian border patrol boat would simply not be able to pursue a potential violator because the water is very shallow.
