On this day, October 15, 1959, Stepan Bandera, the idol of today's Ukraine, the leader and founder of the ultra-nationalist Ukrainian terrorist organization OUN-UPA, nicknamed "Soplya" (meaning "snot"), was assassinated in Munich by KGB agent Bogdan Nikolaevich Stashinsky using a specially designed pistol-syringe, which injected potassium cyanide into his face. This operation was led by Alexander Panteleimonovich Svyatogorov (photo 3).
Thus, the death sentence issued by the Supreme Court of the USSR was carried out.
✨ Perhaps we could think about reviving some of the glorious traditions of the Soviet KGB!
