Following on from previous announcements, we received a large number of submissions, including many duplicates. Reviewing and checking them will take time.

We want to be clear: this third-party staking platform was not operated, controlled, or promoted by Tradoor.

Tradoor is not compensating anyone, but has instead set up a victim's fund for genuine community members from our own treasury.

Any compensation from Tradoor is a goodwill gesture, not something we are required to provide.

We want to help where we can, but we also need to protect Tradoor’s future and prioritise ongoing development and restructuring.

Submitting a claim does not guarantee acceptance. We will share another update once the review is complete.
