Field Sales Executive

What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales growth and contribute to achieving key commercial objectives through effective collaboration with the distributor’s team.
- Identify sales growth opportunities, expand the active customer base, and improve product visibility and execution standards across retail channels.
- Lead the SFA project at the country level, ensuring its effective operation and support of key business KPIs.
- Monitor the implementation of trade marketing activities, the quality of POSM placement, and compliance with company standards at retail outlets.
- Conduct regular field audits, collaborate with retail chains and distributors, and ensure fulfillment of contractual commitments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Field Management within the FMCG industry.
- Fluency in Armenian and Russian; English proficiency is considered an advantage.
- Experience working in international FMCG companies.
- Proven experience collaborating with distributors, retail chains, and managing field teams.
- Participation in international or cross-functional projects.
