Head of Marketing

The ideal candidate should have a strong hands-on background in fintech, FX/CFD, trading, crypto.
Key areas of responsibility:
Performance Marketing – paid acquisition, campaign optimization, CAC/CPA, ROAS and funnel performance
Content Marketing – content strategy, social media, educational and promotional content
Promotions & Campaigns – promotional activities for both IBs/partners and clients
Email / CRM Marketing – email campaigns, client engagement, retention and lifecycle communication
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives
Ideal background:
Proven experience as a Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, Head of Growth, Growth Director or similar senior role
Understanding of IB/affiliate/partner marketing is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of email/CRM marketing and client lifecycle campaigns
Fluent English
Location: Dubai, UAE or Europe
