If you do not use mytonctrl, each round:

1.Create signed vote in validator-engine-console: createproposalvote 23904444691628258345928631083077623616080921932696498730525878822203253780796 vote-msg-body.boc
2. Send obtained vote-msg-body.boc to -1:5555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555 in internal message from any wallet from masterchain with 2 TON attached. If you are using wallet.fif script, it can be done via:

and send resulting message to network.
If you are using lite-client, it can be done via
