The Smarter Web Company completes $13.25 million preferred stock offering of MORE.

UK-based Bitcoin treasury firm The Smarter Web Company (SWC) announced it has successfully raised $13.25 million through the issuance of MORE, the UK’s first Bitcoin-backed preferred stock. MORE will begin trading on the main board of the London Stock Exchange this Wednesday, with its first weekly dividend scheduled for distribution on November 9.
