SK Hynix may delay delivery of some HBM4 backend equipment orders to next year.

According to South Korean media reports, SK Hynix’s order for back-end process equipment for HBM4, originally scheduled for delivery this year, may be pushed to next year. Industry insiders note this reflects the chipmaker’s adjustment to its HBM4 production expansion pace, though it does not yet signal a full delay in the HBM4 project.
