Hello all,

My defence team has reuploaded the fundraiser for the August 31st 2025 incident in Melbourne's CBD and the King's Domain.

The fundraiser for criminal charges was originally taken down due to it looking like the matter would be solved outside of trial. However the matter has now progressed due to the prosecution's clear bias to not accept basic facts that are clearly outlined even within their own evidence.

The funds already collected have paid for my bail applications at Magistrates twice and the successful Supreme court once, along with all the preparatory work for the matter to be resolved via defence submissions.

To go to trial will cost at least another $60k with senior council (Dermot Dann KC) which I am relying on your support for. (At this stage the trial is scheduled for November 2026)

Unfortunately, I am aware of many of my co-accused struggling to raise the $40k-$60k each for junior council (except those who qualify for legal-aid), in order to go to trial and defend their actions before the County Court. Due to this circumstance, some of them are trying to plead out the matter on lower charges. I am unable to assist those privately paying for their defence in any lawful manner.

However, my defence has done excellent work in establishing the facts and timeline of the incident, and through VicPol disclosure and a number of members of the public coming forward as witnesses to Antifa violence at King's Domain, we have done the lion's share of work that will positively affect all those charged.

The money raised will go directly into Legal Trust with Paladin Lawyers led by Matthew Hopkins.

I am going to fight this all the way because what we did was right, and regardless of outcome the truth surrounding the incidents must see the light of day.

Statement regarding chance encounter with Barnaby Joyce at Canberra Casino after the White Australia Party High Court Challenge.

On Wednesday the 9th, myself and other attending parties of the High Court Challenge had a few drinks in Canberra to cool off after a lengthy two-day hearing.

By happenstance I bumped into Barnaby Joyce and his friend Matthew at the bar.

We had a private conversation that lasted approximately 30 minutes in which a number of subjects arose.

I cannot divulge the details of a private conversation between two men and respect that what was said to me was not to be used as political opportunism or attention seeking - hence I made no public brag about it.

It is fitting now that I acknowledge that the coincidental meeting did take place, and respect Barnaby's right to disavow any association with controversial characters such as myself.

I wish to reiterate that in the instance that the High Court accepts our Constitutional Right to form the White Australia Party, that we would encourage those who vote for us to also preference a One Nation Government.

I believe that a Pauline Hanson Prime Ministership is a step in the right direction for the country and Australians need to break the uniparty system that has betrayed us.
