Hey Guys, quick update, if I understood right.. Ground Command says the whole world is in international or global martial law (n.b. NOT national martial law) - individual governments have no control and are renegotiating for sovereignty. Thus, the governments and/or government Incs are not presently recognized as sovereign and must register with the Archivists and Hall of Records through Ground Command and/or revised Global Intelligence Agency (GIA) structure/s.
