🇷🇺 JUST IN: Moscow Exchange plans Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT trading from December 1

Russia’s Moscow Exchange plans to launch cryptocurrency trading on December 1, with testing already underway, according to reports citing senior exchange executive Boris Blokhin.

The launch is planned under Russia’s new cryptocurrency regulatory framework. Non-qualified investors will face an annual limit of 300,000 rubles through a single intermediary, while qualified investors will have broader access.
