Bihar CM Samrat Choudhary shared a photo from his meeting with the minor girl molested in Jamui and her family, which was later deleted.

The controversy comes as Bihar Police is taking action against those allegedly circulating sensitive content or revealing the identity of the minor. Such acts can attract provisions of the POCSO Act and other applicable laws.

The Opposition has questioned whether the same laws could apply to the CM’s deleted post and demanded action.
