The 55.72-sovereign (445.78g) gold crown donated to Sabarimala by Tamil Nadu devotees in 2012 has been confirmed safe, according to the Travancore Devaswom Board.

An earlier inventory found a 240g imitation/decorative crown, sparking reports that the original had gone missing. However, officials have now verified that the genuine gold crown is safely kept in the Sannidhanam strong room.

The Kerala High Court-directed inventory of Sabarimala valuables is continuing, with other items also being examined.
