Congress Eyes OBC Act in UP Poll Manifesto

Congress is considering a promise to introduce an OBC Act in its manifesto for the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. OBC department chairman Anil Jaihind said Rahul Gandhi wants the proposed law, modelled on the SC-ST Act, to be included in the party’s poll document.
