The KJB Translators believed in the purity & preservation of the Scriptures
πKJB Translators' note next to Psalm 12:6 (see above image; the note is highlighted in green) says "*2 Sam 22. 31, Psal. 18. 29 & 119. 40, & Prou. 30. 5", pointing to:π
π2 Samuel 22:31 KJBβ
As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him.
πPsalm 18:29-30 KJBβ
For by thee I have run through a troop; and by my God have I leaped over a wall.
As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.
πPsalm 119:40 KJBβ
Thy word is very pure:
Therefore thy servant loveth it.
πProverbs 30:5 KJBβ
Every word of God is pure:
He is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
π₯πConclusion: KJB translators recognized that Psalm 12:6-7, 2 Samuel 22:31, Psalm 119:40, Proverbs 30:5 & Psalm 18:29 & 30 (the verse after Psalm 18:29) both mention+defend the inspiration, purity, & preservation of all of God's words.
