Does the King James Bible remove or never mention tyrants or the word tyrant?

No, it gives tyrants the more accurate name of "them that decree unrighteous decrees" and goes into very descriptive detail about them by explaining what they do as tyrannical people
- decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed;
- turn aside the needy from judgment,
-take away the right from the poor
-mentions God himself punishing tyrants

Isaiah 10:1-3 KJB
[1] Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed; [2] to turn aside the needy from judgment, and to take away the right from the poor of my people, that widows may be their prey, and that they may rob the fatherless! [3] And what will ye do in the day of visitation, and in the desolation which shall come from far? to whom will ye flee for help? and where will ye leave your glory?

The King James Bible is against tyrants and even shows God punishing them

God punishes the king of Babylon in Isaiah 14:4-6 KJB
[4] that thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased!
[5] The LORD hath broken the staff of the wicked, and the sceptre of the rulers. [6] He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth.

God Himself destroys tyrants, such as Antichrist/first beast of Revelation 13 & the false prophet, with the spirit of his mouth & the brightness of his coming

Revelation 19:19-21 KJB
And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

2 Thessalonians 2:8 KJB
And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

God punishes the King of Assyria by himself killing 185,000 soldiers of the army if King of Assyria in one night

1 Kings 19:35-36 KJB
And it came to pass that night, that the angel of the LORD went out, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians an hundred fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses.
So Sennacherib king of Assyria departed, and went and returned, and dwelt at Nineveh.
And it came to pass, as he was worshipping in the house of Nisroch his god, that Adrammelech and Sharezer his sons smote him with the sword: and they escaped into the land of Armenia. And Esarhaddon his son reigned in his stead.

God punished & killed the tyrant King Herod for not giving glory to him (Herod killed John the Baptist)

Matthew 14:8-11 KJB
And she, being before instructed of her mother, said, Give me here John Baptist's head in a charger.
And the king was sorry: nevertheless for the oath's sake, and them which sat with him at meat, he commanded it to be given her. And he sent, and beheaded John in the prison.
And his head was brought in a charger, and given to the damsel: and she brought it to her mother.

Acts 12:21-23 KJB
And upon a set day Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, sat upon his throne, and made an oration unto them.
And the people gave a shout, saying, It is the voice of a god, and not of a man.
And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.

So anyone who claims the KJB does not mention tyrants and the word tyrant, does not know what he talks of, since the King James Bible graphically goes against tyrants.
