Notice how even Freemason website of "The Grand Lodge of British Columbia and Yukon" does not even know if King James I ever became a Freemason. Unsure words like "claim" are used by the website, & the website cites a secondhand source called the "Contract or Mutual Agreement of 1658" that supposedly occured on December 24, 1658? 33 years after King James I's death! Thus, Freemasons bore false witness about King James I's supposed Freemasonic intiation. Even worse for King James I's critics is they do not include any firsthand quotes from King James I himself supposedly swearing any Freemasonic oath.
King James I died on March 27, 1625.
"Contract/Mutual Agreement of 1658" supposedly occured December 24, 1658, 33 YEARS AFTER King James I died in 1625.
Did King James self-resurrect himself in 1658 for the "Contract or Mutual Agreement"? No, as that is not logical & has no documented evidence. Freemasons make up false claims about King James I to stop people from reading the King James Bible.
