Случайно наткнулся на Culture Handbook компании Levels. Очень классный документ. Но совсем удивительная штука — у них отдельными страницами расписаны «Principles of Decision Making‎» и «Velocity vs. Quality‎».

На какой же уровень осознанности надо выйти и не полениться всё это вот так разложить? Отличный референс и источник вдохновения для любой компании.

Чтобы вы не прошли мимо и погрузились в детали, постарался как-то упростить процесс: ниже кратко выписал ключевые принципы их подхода, а в комментариях ещё и пдф с ai-переводом этих страниц на русский.
