Today, we wanted to give you a much closer look at TONi in action.
We’ve deliberately chosen to share this version with our investor community rather than release it publicly. A separate TONi video will be released across our social channels this week, but we wanted you to see more of what we are actually building and why we believe the opportunity for AuraVision Health is so significant.
The scale of that opportunity is substantial.
There are now more than 63 million patients registered with GP practices in England alone, while patients submitted 83 million online consultation requests to general practice in the 12 months to February 2026.
Digital access is rapidly becoming fundamental to how primary care manages patient demand.
With a market of this scale, we do not need to capture a huge percentage of UK primary care for our healthcare vertical to have a realistic pathway to multimillion pound recurring revenues.
Importantly, that opportunity is not limited to the UK. The same challenges around patient access, demand management, navigation and practice efficiency exist internationally, with the US representing a particularly significant future market.
So, what makes TONi different?
TONi is built around the individual GP practice.
Their pathways. Their workflows. Their priorities.
Practices can configure the conditions available, questions asked, pathways followed and how requests are prioritised. TONi is also not limited to clinical presentations. The same platform can support general enquiries, administrative requests, social prescribing and navigation to services such as Pharmacy First, allowing practices to manage a much broader proportion of patient demand through one structured environment.
Once a patient completes their journey, TONi sends the practice a structured request containing the relevant answers, priority, appointment preference, pathway outcome and suggested SNOMED CT coding for review. Requests can then be managed through e-TONi, with structured prioritisation and operational reporting across demand and outcomes.
And what you are seeing today is only the foundation.
Our roadmap brings together digital patient access, conversational AI voice access, scheduling, workflow automation and increasingly powerful operational intelligence within one configurable platform.
As TONi builds a history of demand and outcomes within a practice, the opportunity becomes even more powerful. By comparing current activity with historical and seasonal trends, TONi could identify patterns such as an emerging increase in flu related presentations, helping practices anticipate demand and plan capacity.
Our ambition is ultimately to build the infrastructure through which practices can manage, navigate and understand patient demand at scale.
We’re excited to finally give you a closer look at what we’ve been building.
The practice controls the pathway. TONi provides the infrastructure to deliver it.
The pullbacks today have been somewhat expected. October is when the markets are really supposed to start running. I think everyone was just front running a bit.
Am actually a fan of this meta. Memes are supposed to be funny. All the Ai slop is hilarious. It isn’t just waiting for CZ to tweet something for it to run
Buy, its dumps, sell it pumps. Market is all just a bunch of pump and dumps daily. Unless you launched and your entry is 5k, then all these coins are just 99% trash.
