A non named Jesus Acosta, shoots and kills a customer (also a non) in a Bronx, New York Deli, before robbing the place. The same non had 13 priors, served 10 years for another shooting, and is suspected in another murder in a restaurant. This man is a menace, and under a real government; he wouldn't have been in America to begin with.
