❗️Israeli occupation forces arrest 16 Palestinians in West Bank raids, detain Ibrahimi Mosque director

Israeli occupation forces arrested 16 Palestinians, including the director of the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron, during raids across the occupied West Bank early today, according to WAFA.

In Hebron, occupation forces detained nine Palestinians after raiding and searching their homes, including mosque director Moataz Abu Sneineh and custodian official Hammam Abu Markhiya.

Five Palestinians were arrested in Qalqilya, while two others were detained during raids on homes in Beita, south of Nablus. Israeli forces also raided other areas of the occupied territory, with no further arrests reported.

Israeli occupation forces carry out near-daily arrest raids across the West Bank, targeting Palestinians including women and children. The operations frequently involve assaults on residents and damage to homes and property, and have intensified since Israel launched its genocide in Gaza.
