Please update testnet validators to
sop_with_fecs branch.
If you are using mytonctrl, you need to run update and then upgrade https://github.com/ton-blockchain/ton sop_with_fecs
P.S. Testnet lives its last days and will be restarted this month. If you need to keep your testnet balance (for instance you are custodian with testnet coins) please contact @igroman787.
