When adding a new contact, there’s now a «Sync Contact to Phone» option. If you enable it, the contact you’re adding will be saved not only in Telegram but also in your phone’s contact list.
Tapping this button also lets you add «Notes» for that user.

With «Add via QR Code», you can scan a user’s QR code and start chatting with them right away.
