community_peers_limit": 100 (prod)
Where 10 or 100 represents a server-side limit on the number of peers (chats/channels/accounts in Telegram terms) that can belong to a single community.
In my opinion, this may indicate preparation for Telegram Nodes, but for now it is just a new configuration parameter — its exact purpose will become clear later.
