Breaking: Find X9 Ultra will feature a new 1/1.28″ 200MP 3× telephoto sensor paired with a large-aperture optical system, positioning it as the highest light-intake telephoto lens in its class. It will also include a native 50MP 10× (230mm) super-telephoto module, providing up to 20× (460mm) via in-sensor zoom (ISZ) directly from the native 10× lens.

This will be the first quad-camera smartphone configuration to integrate two 200MP sensors: LYTIA 901 (1/1.12″, 200MP) and a second, newly introduced 1/1.28″ 200MP sensor.

Potential candidates for the new 1/1.28″ 200MP sensor include SmartSens SCC80XC and OmniVision OV52A / OV52B.
