Google is reportedly rebranding its generative AI chat experience, Bard, as Gemini. This change aligns with the introduction of the new multimodal AI model, Gemini, which Google integrated into some of products, including Bard.
The rebranding will also introduce a paid Gemini Advanced tier, offering expanded capabilities. The Gemini Advanced tier will provide access to the Ultra 1.0 model of Gemini, which excels at 🤓complex tasks like 🧑💻coding, 🧐logical reasoning, nuanced instructions, and creative collaboration.
Initially optimized for the English language, it will be available in over 150 countries. An 🔗Android app for Gemini is also in the works.
