Golang Backend Developer

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Go
- strong understanding of Go concurrency and context
- experience designing RESTful APIs
- experience with SQL databases
- clean, maintainable code mindset

Nice to have:
- JWT & RBAC
- Docker & CI/CD
- message queues or background jobs
- monitoring & logging tools
