On September 22, Sigma Software invites tech community to the online TechBuzz Meetup: Working in a Global Company.

The speakers will take participants behind the scenes of international work from operating under international policies and collaborating across distributed teams, to making decisions on a large scale and meeting the standards of major global clients.

Maria Cecilia Bezerra, Head of Office in Brazil, will share how to adapt to different work cultures, communicate clearly, handle feedback, take ownership, and build trust in a global team.

Miraziz Khidoyatov, Senior Software Developer, and Sanjar Abdullaev, Junior Software Developer, will share their personal experiences of working and growing in a global company at different stages of their careers.

The meetup will end with a live Q&A, so participants are welcome to bring their questions!
