Key Responsibilities
* Source, screen, interview, and hire qualified CDL drivers.
* Present company benefits, compensation, equipment, routes, and working conditions.
* Review driving history, background checks, MVRs, and PSP records.
* Handle compensation, sign-on terms, and candidate objections professionally.
* Monitor competitor pay, bonuses, and lane offerings.
* Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards.
* Coordinate with Safety, Compliance, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and update the ATS regularly.
Qualifications & Key Competencies
* High school diploma or higher; a degree is a plus.
* Excellent written and spoken English(C1)
* Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
* Goal-oriented, proactive approach to high-volume recruitment.
* Ability to persuade candidates and address concerns regarding pay, routes, and home time.
* Strong attention to detail, especially with compliance documentation.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting hiring targets.
* Confident phone screening and presentation skills.

Recruitment and candidate sourcing, cold calling and phone screening, interviewing and candidate evaluation, full-cycle recruitment, ATS and Microsoft Office proficiency, candidate relationship management, negotiation and objection handling, strong communication and presentation skills, fluent written and spoken English, and basic knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations.
