Ensuring all sectors are covered with no gaps. Additionally counter tracking, maintaining logs, handling casualties, observing fires, are a few other tasks that typically fall onto him.
- Culturally, The ATL sets the tone for how the team functions.
Sometimes the team needs that bulldog mentally, and other times it needs a big brother talk. The ATL is the determining factor on the fluidity of the team as a whole.

Описание: The ATL
The Center of Gravity of the Scout Team. Without the ATL the Team Leaders focus is pulled in, instead of external. The ATL is responsible for the team and how the team performs.
Administrative, even at the small tactical level there's admin requirements. Making sure guys are up to date on medical, ensuring mobility platforms are PMC'd, and making sure numbers (personnel/weapon systems) are accounted for. A good ATL is a good numbers guy.
Operational, The ATLs most important role within the operational scope is ensuring 360° security at all times.

There's zero cell reception up there but I was able to call for the heli from the beach and keep talking to her all the way until the heli arrived 30 minutes later and eventually longline her off the mountain almost 2 hours after.
l've used intercoms for years because they make flying a much more interactive experience with friends but this was the first time I couldn't imagine what it would have been like for both of us if we didn't have them. If you fly with people you care about, I cannot recommend them enough. By far the best $600 l've spent. Thank you @cardosystems A
Fractures included D2, D3, D4, D6, L3, and L4, plus a full page of other things. But we're back to 100% now, no more ordering pizza

Очередное тяжелое видео, о том как сложно быть бейсером. Особенно если это еще семейное хобби, как в данном случае. Хорошо, хоть что все завершилось переломами и ПТСРом, а не летальным исходом.

This one's a bit brutal, you might want to skip if you already have PTSD from people going in.
We jumped in strong turbulence, we should have hiked down but we'd woken up at 4 and driven for hours with a perfect forecast so we were a bit committed. We screwed up. It felt like jumping into a washing machine--Natalie pulled early and impacted the cliff, I flew until I was safe and then pulled.
Natalie got knocked out and was unresponsive for a while.
