Описание: The ATL
The Center of Gravity of the Scout Team. Without the ATL the Team Leaders focus is pulled in, instead of external. The ATL is responsible for the team and how the team performs.
Administrative, even at the small tactical level there's admin requirements. Making sure guys are up to date on medical, ensuring mobility platforms are PMC'd, and making sure numbers (personnel/weapon systems) are accounted for. A good ATL is a good numbers guy.
Operational, The ATLs most important role within the operational scope is ensuring 360° security at all times.
