🇮🇷🇺🇸🇸🇦⚡️ — Iran and its regional allies have carried out at least 135 missile and drone attacks against 84 infrastructure sites across the Gulf since the U.S.-Israeli war began on February 28, systematically targeting critical equipment and causing widespread economic disruption, according to a Reuters investigation.
Based on satellite imagery, operational data and interviews with 36 sources, Reuters found that many strikes hit highly specific components of oil facilities, refineries, airports, power stations and industrial complexes.
Iran may have benefited from intelligence supplied by Russia, China and informant networks with access to sensitive facilities.
The strikes inflicted billions of dollars in damage, disrupted global energy supplies and helped Iran resist U.S. military pressure. Gulf governments frequently minimized the extent of the destruction, often attributing damage to debris from intercepted missiles and drones.
