🇰🇵🇷🇺⚡️ — In a birthday message to Russian President Vladimir Putin, North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un called him his “dearest friend” and said he wanted to open a “new chapter” in relations between North Korea and Russia.

Kim reaffirmed his “invariable support” for Putin and the Russian Federation, saying he was “firmly convinced” that the Russian people’s “sacred war of justice” would end in victory.

He closed the letter by saying, “I warmly embrace you, my dear comrade.”
