🇫🇷⚡️ — French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot says different foreign-aligned accounts are trying to shape and influence the narrative around the student-led protests in France.

Pro-Russian accounts see in them the end of our democracy.

Pro-Israeli accounts see them as the consequences of the recognition of Palestine.

Pro-Iranian accounts go so far as to compare these mobilizations with the "Woman, Life, Freedom" movement.

They are all trying to impose their own interpretation on our public debate and to tell the story of what is happening in our country in our place — and in our own language.
