🇷🇺⚡️ — Russia’s crude exports rose to 3.76 million barrels per day in the four weeks through October 4, the highest level in two months, as higher prices pushed the value of shipments to their highest since before the Ukraine war started, Bloomberg reports.
Ukrainian strikes on Russian refineries have reduced processing capacity, forcing more crude into exports while contributing to domestic fuel shortages.
At the same time, record fuel subsidies and extended diesel export restrictions are weighing on Moscow’s war finances.
