🇺🇦🇷🇺⚡️ — Western diplomats publicly say they intend to remain in Kyiv since leaving would hand Moscow a propaganda victory and create the impression that Ukraine is being abandoned.

However, two senior diplomats told The Guardian that contingency plans are being prepared to relocate embassies to Lviv, western Ukraine, or eastern Poland if Russia begins deliberately targeting foreign diplomatic missions.

“The situation is obviously deteriorating fast,” one diplomat said.

Ukraine's Foreign Ministry has not received any information about plans for embassies to relocate from Kyiv.
