The oppression and massacres carried out by Israel are no longer going without consequences to the same extent as a result of the diplomatic efforts that have been made.

In other words, Israel now has to pay very heavy costs for every action it takes.

This isolation, including facing legal consequences through institutions such as the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court, means it is encountering situations it has never been accustomed to or faced before.
