🇸🇦⚡️ — Saudi Aramco has hired U.S. investment bank Evercore to advise on a major restructuring that could establish a standalone gas division and pave the way for a potential listing valued at more than $100 billion, according to Bloomberg.

The restructuring, known as “Project Gamma,” could attract outside investment through an IPO or the sale of a minority stake. Boston Consulting Group has also advised Aramco on the project.
