🇮🇷🇺🇸⚡️ — Iran has offered to reopen the Strait of Hormuz within seven days if the U.S. takes initial steps to ease military pressure and end the U.S. blockade om Iranian ports, a senior Iranian official told Kyodo News.

The proposal, already approved by Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei and the Supreme National Security Council, calls for renewed talks aimed at permanently ending hostilities, the official noted.

The official ruled out the possibility of a meeting between Pezeshkian and Trump at the UN General Assembly.
