Western countries are developing plans to relocate their embassies from Kyiv if the security situation worsens, The Guardian reported on Tuesday, citing diplomats. Diplomatic missions may move to Lviv or eastern Poland. "The situation is clearly deteriorating rapidly," one diplomat said.

Meanwhile, Poland is accelerating preparations for war by creating a legal framework designed to avoid bureaucratic delays in the event of a sharp escalation.
