Ukraine is facing its largest budget crisis since 2022 as military expenses rise and revenues fall, RTRS reported. Kyiv needs $56 billion in 2026 to cover the deficit, equivalent to about a quarter of the country's GDP. Of this total, $27 billion is earmarked for military spending.
