🟢 درمانِ Urgent Hypertension:

Goal: Lower BP slowly over 24–48 hours (rapid reduction risks ischemia)

Target: Reduce BP by 20–25% over 24–48 hours (e.g., from 200/120 mmHg to ~160/100 mmHg)

Avoid dropping BP to "normal" too quickly (e.g., <140/90 mmHg in hours)

Agents: Oral medications (e.g., captopril, clonidine, amlodipine).

Follow-up: Recheck BP within 24–48 hours

Amlodipine:
Oral: Initial: 2.5 to 5 mg once daily; evaluate response after ~ 2 to 4 weeks and titrate dose, as needed, up to a maximum of 10 mg once daily.

Captopril:
Initial: 6.25 to 25 mg 2 to 3 times daily; up to 50 mg 3 times daily.
