💎Telegram has started comparing GRAM transfers with the price of paid messages in Stars.

A check has appeared in the Android 13.0.1 code: if the recipient has paid messages, Telegram compares the cost of a GRAM transfer with their price in Stars.

For now this only affects how the transfer is displayed. Perhaps such a check will soon also apply to Gram transfers that bypass paid messages.

Status: so far in the Android source code.
