An attacker may have exploited a large cluster of wallets potentially linked to GoMining, resulting in $2.8M in losses across 600+ wallet addresses.

The largest loss came from a service wallet linked to wallet labeled as GoMining, which lost $2.79M.

Interestingly, most of the drained wallets appear to have been GMT holders, adding to the possibility that the wallets may be connected to the GoMining ecosystem.

The attacker swapped and bridged the stolen assets across multiple chains, eventually consolidating 1,147 ETH (~$2.8M).

The Notional Finance escrow contract may have been exploited, with $1.7M in assets lost.

Assets affected:

DAI: $69,242
USDC: $1,658,423

The funds were swapped for 689 ETH and deposited into Tornado Cash.

COMMUNITY ALERT: Ongoing wallet draining activity across EVM chains.

The attacker has drained $415K+ from more than 30 victim addresses and is still actively sweeping funds.

On August 10, An attacker drained roughly $870K from 100+ addresses across EVM chains, with a single victim losing $800K.

At around 13:00 UTC, wallets linked to Coinsbuy were likely drained of $7.9M+ across TRON and Ethereum.

The attacker began laundering the funds to Monero via exchanges. With support from ChangeNOW, I was able to freeze six figures of the stolen funds.

Deposits and withdrawals were paused following the incident and have just resumed a few minutes ago.

Can someone tell them to remove "Sleep at night" from their bio? Because many of the victims certainly won't.

$38M+ in Bitcoin Drained from Coldcard hardwallet wallet users

Stolen funds by victim size:

2 victims lost >$1M
13 victims lost $500K–$1M
23 victims lost $250K–$500K
38 victims lost $100K–$250K
The remaining victims each lost less than $100K

Just two weeks ago, zach called all hardware wallets "garbage."

Looking at this number of victims and the losses, it's easy to understand why he said that.

31 hours after Triple-A wallets first showed massive suspicious outflows, new deposits are still coming in and being drained.

An additional $1.8M has now been drained across the Bitcoin and TRON networks.

A dormant PancakeSwap LP lost $2.96M via a malicious EIP-7702 signature.

The attacker removed $1.48M BSC-USD and $1.48M BUSD liquidity provided by the victim, and swapped the BUSD for ETH.

The attacker has so far deposited $1.46M to Tornado Cash, and is still holding the remaining 1.48M USDT.

Yesterday, I posted a quick investigation into suspicious fund movements involving a BNB Chain project, Codexfield that has existed since 2023 and was heavily supported by BNBCHAIN .

Following my investigation, the project changed its X handle and shut down the subdomains it had been using to collect funds from users, with over $85M generated based on my on-chain tracing.

The timing of these changes raises further questions about the project's activities and strengthens my view that it may be a scam and a potential rug pull.

An unknown HashKey user may have lost $3M, likely as the result of a social engineering attack.

The attacker withdrew the victim's assets across both the Bitcoin and Ethereum networks.

On Ethereum, the stolen funds were swapped for 702 ETH before being deposited into Tornado Cash.

In the last five hours, the Tornado Cash 100 ETH pool has received $38.3M in deposits.

The deposits are proceeds from the Step Finance and UXLINK hacks.

Tornado Cash deposits:
Step Finance attacker: 15,998 ETH (~$28.2M)
UXLINK attacker: 6,000 ETH (~$10.5M)

Hinkal Protocol may have been exploited, with a loss of $822K USDC.

The attacker swapped the stolen USDC for ETH and has already begun depositing the funds into Tornado Cash.

A victim wallet may have been compromised, resulting in a loss of $5.6M.

The attacker drained the victim wallet's assets across BNB and Ethereum and swapped them for ETH and BNB. The funds were then consolidated to the address below.

An entity has crashed both $ESPORTS and $SIREN within the last two weeks.

The same entity that dumped $ESPORTS, causing the token to crash 93%, has also been aggressively selling $SIREN for USDT over the last 48 hours, driving the price down 95%.

The sales have generated over $60M, with funds being deposited to Bitget.

Previously, ZachXBT linked this same entity to $LAB, $RIVER, and $LIGHT through Sablier vesting contracts.

If you have any information, including business contracts, full chat logs, active market maker agreements, or evidence tied to CEX market manipulation, there is a $100K bounty available.

Stay away from trading any token tied to this entity. I also would not advise shorting them, as these tokens are heavily manipulated.
